It seems like the chains would be kinda bothersome... why not just bolt the seat down or something? But you know... I don't think that women would want it bolted down ALL the time. Men just aren't the greatest marksmen in the world.
Well, I take that back... some of the greatest marksmen the world are probably men, but not all men are that skilled.
lol, I would just buy them their urinal and the guy can clean it out themselves!
Or just invent an automatic toilet seat where after the toilet is flushed it goes down , something like that...
